5 · Eligibility — required for Home Health Aide (CHHA) & Nurse Aide (CNA) I am 18 years of age or older. I can read, write, and speak English (or I am enrolling to improve it). I am legally authorized to work in the United States. I understand CHHA/CNA programs require a criminal background check and fingerprinting.

You do not need to upload any documents now. Official documents (government ID, Social Security card, birth certificate, and proof of work eligibility if applicable) are only brought in person at registration.
